APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Step 1 – Documents

1. Fill in the Application Form making sure that all relevant details, including the parents’ signatures, contacts etc are correct and well captured.
2. Clip 2 (two) recent, colored, passport-size photographs of the learner on the space provided on the Application Form.
3. Attach the following documents to the Application Form:
   1. A copy of the learner’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE, BAPTISM CARD/DEDICATION CARD, CLINIC ATTENDANCE CARD
   2. (in case of transfers) A copy of the latest Academic Report from the previous school
   3. (in case of transfers) Clearance Form/Transfer Letter from the previous school
4. Submit the documents to the School’s Office.

Step 2 – Communication

1. One week after receipt of the Application Form, you will receive an email from the school with the following information:
   1. Confirmation of receipt of the Application Form
   2. Learner’s Reference Number (to be quoted in all subsequent communications with the School)
   3. Date of MANDATORY the parent  and child to meet and greet the teacher.
2. At the end of the Application Period, usually within one week from the deadline for applications, you will receive an email from the school informing you on the outcome of the Application. If the Application was successful, you will have 7 working days to clear the Admission Fee and 20% commitment fee, with the school’s Accounts Office.

If the school will not receive any payments within the 7 working days, the Admission will be cancelled, and the vacancy opened again.

Step 3 – Admission

After payment of the Admission Fee, you will receive the following documents:

1. Learner’s Admission Number
2. School Handbook
3. List of Requirements

NB1: To qualify for Admission to Pre-primary One, pupils must have turned 4 years by 31/03/2022.

NB1: If you don’t receive any communication from the School within one week from the day of application, you can make a follow-up through email or phone, using the contacts in this document.

NB2: The school reserves the right to annul at any time the Admission process of learners from families with uncleared fee balances from Emanuela Mazzola School.

Please note that the deadline for receiving the application is FRIDAY, 30TH September 2022.
